Most classes are FREE to SelbyGYM members. Non-members are also able to join in any class, £3 for 30 minute classes and £5 for any class from 45 minutes to 90 minutes.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday 6:15am - 7am AND
Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 8:15pm - 9pm

You choose which session you come to. (All 6 or just 1 a week, its up to you) All 6 sessions are available in the 10 week bootcamp

Abs Blast

Fast-paced stomach workout to flatten tone and bring the muscles out

Total Body Tone€

Is the class which combines legs bums & tums, Abs blast, kettlebells and functional movements making it ideal if you want to try something new. Ideal for beginners through to advanced

Kettle Bell and battle rope Workout

Using kettlebells and the fantastic battle ropes, our instructors will take you through a class showing you the techniques and exercises that will help improve your core strength along with giving your muscles a defining tone all over your body.

Boxing€

We start with a ten minute warm up and abs blast followed by a switch to either learning how to box or Boxercise type of class.  Pad work, foot drills are combined into this workout along with a lot of punching. The class splits into two so whether you are a absolute beginner or you have been boxing for a few years we have the skills to teach you and make sure you get a great workout. 

LBT

Legs, Bums & Tums – a wide range of conditioning  exercise aiming specifically at those stubborn areas from the waist down. Pure toning!

Fitness Stretch & Core

Most of us don't stretch enough, so here is a class that takes you through various stretches and techniques to make your body more supple and less chance of injury

Spin/studio cycle

Watch your fitness levels soar as we take you through varying, challenging terrains in this instructor-led, non impact cardiovascular cycle class.

Zumba Strong 

This dance based aerobic class fuses latin rhythms and easy to follow moves, making it a one of a kind fun class of calorie burning and body energising routines.  It’s an absolute blast!

£5 to every one - every Wednesday at 7:30pm with Abi

60 MINUTE MASH UP

An hour of everything and anything, this class is hard because of its sheer time frame. This will include outside jogging, circuits based exercises, spinning, weights and aerobic style movements.
